New Hair (part 2)

Drum roll please..

As you can see in different light it looks a very different colour. 

This was just freshly washed last night as the salon over loaded my hair with serum.

I love it, this is the base colour I will be going back for some balayage next month.

Dead chuffed and the Leo Bancroft salon was like heaven on earth!

Can't wait to go back. 

Ditching the Uggs

As you will know I love my Uggs. I wear them pretty much every day, even in July (lets face it England isn't exactly hot at the best of times) but I have decided to make a change. 

Seeing as I have about fifty million pairs of shoes from March 1st I am putting my Uggs away for the 'summer' (unless it snows). I love the shoes I have but I never wear them so I am making a change!

I also picked up some more Taylor Swift Keds in TKMaxx for £12 on Sunday. 

Love these, I think they will be perfect for summer and I already have them on today!

A wall makeover

Every now and again I go on a mad one, clear out my room move things around and buy new decoration. 

This time I didn't actually move anything around but I did have an empty wall above my radiator so I decided it was time to do something.

I have always loved floating shelves but I thought they would be a little bit too thick as my door opens up onto this wall I didn't want to be hitting my shoulder on shelves all the time. 

I hopped onto the Homebase website and noticed they had some cube shelves that are only a couple of inches deep, at £9.99 for a pack of three I couldn't resist!

I absolutely love them, I have got some battery operated fairy lights that will be draped around them aswell as a few new bits to arrive that will be going up there. 

There are a couple of picture frames, my poloroid camera. London 2012 olympic bits, makeup and my Vinylmation collection. 

Really love having shelving, it sounds so silly but they are so useful I can't believe I have never had shelves before!

Hair product haul

Apologies for the stinking photo but I was being sneaky and snapped it at work. 

I was completely un-aware how much beauty stuff Amazon sold until I was looking for the Organix Keratin treatment (white box) and it came up a whopping £4 cheaper on Amazon than Feelunique.

That is when I started investigating what else Amazon has to offer. 

This box cost me £30 (ish) and it's got some awesome products in it, I picked up two of the L'Oreal EverSleek/EverStrong shampoo and conditioners as I am going to go sulphate free these seemed as gooder choice as any. 

Also picked up a Pantene heat protect spray, a Treseme Keratin mask, spray in argan oil as my pump one can sometimes be a little heavy and an OSMO 10 Minute wonder treatment. 

It has been  a while since I treated myself to a whole load of new products since I have been saving. Can't wait to try these all out and the reviews will probably go up on the new site.. 

I was going to do the Organix Keratin treatment tonight but as I am getting my hair coloured next week I will wait until after that.

Hair decision made

After yesterdays fun of faceinhole.com I got serious and made the decision over what to do with my hair. 

The thing is I love having long healthy hair so going blonde would be a mistake, instead I am going for some high&low lights to give me this look.

I have also decided to pay a little bit more than usual and head to the poshest salon in Surrey, Leo Bancroft. It's where Abbey Clancy gets her locks done! Leo is also the resident hairdresser on 'This Morning' so I figured he must train his staff well!

It's not going to be cheap but I think hair is a big part of your image so it might as well look good! I will let you know how I get on next week as my appointment is Tuesday. 

To go blonde, or not to go blonde

Hello there!

Sorry I have been a bit MIA recently, I have been working on the new website a lot meaning all of my great ideas are heading over there. BUT the wait will be over soon I promise, the new website will be going live next week and I will share with you all the link so you can be the first to see it. 

Anyway the reason for this post is it's time for a change, I have been lusting after AnnaSophia Robb's hair for a long time and started thinking what it would look like if I went blonde. 

That's when my bestie told me about Faceinhole.com, safe to say I have been having a lot of fun on it..

I am still totally un-decided on going blonde. If I could magic my hair to this..

I would do it in a heartbeat. I just don't want to ruin my hair getting there!

Outfits of (last) week!

Sorry these are a little late going up but nonetheless here they are!

My top is from F21 last year, it's one of those tops you can throw on and look like you have made a real effort with. I am wearing a longline necklace from Accessorize, Monsoon trousers and black Bearpaw boots. 

Tuesday for some ridiculous reason I chose not to wear boots and my feet got soaked. Anyway these bow ballet pumps are from Debenhams, black jeans from Topshop and a Zara jumper with collar. 

Wednesday I opted for my new Topshop dress that I picked up with my birthday gift vouchers. I absolutely adore the dress it's really good quality and will be wearable come rain or shine. I was about to run out the door hence my coat already on which is from Dorothy Perkins (few years old). Tights and boots. Standard. 

Thursday I found an old top from Warehouse and about thirty minutes into my day remembered why I don't wear it. It creases like a MOFO. Anyway wearing it with M&S jeggings and my trusty brown Uggs. 

I am trying not to heat style my hair anymore only for special occasions as I am still on the quest to grow hence the curly frizzy mess I was sporting all week. 

Taylor Swift Time!

At last the day is upon us. The day I am finally going to see Taylor's RED tour. 

EXCITED DOESN'T EVEN COVER IT.
